Anti-Aging Cleanser - Hormonal changes that begin in your 40s can wreak havoc on you skin. Switch to a mild cleanser to replace harsher products that were used in earlier decades. Beginning at 40, cleansing once daily may be enough and it may help to retain essential oils that are not as abundant as in earlier years. Use a cleanser before bed to remove the dirt and oil accumulated during the day. The perfect cleanser is pH Balancing Cleanser.
Eye Serum/Cream - The thinnest skin on the face is often the first to show signs of age. Renew and repair with ingredients that can help minimize the signs of aging. Scientific Go 2 Eye Cream (Coming Soon) is our answer for this area - it has MDI Complex and Whitesphere Premium to help lighten dark circles, increase skins firmness and reduce the signs of fine lines and wrinkles.
Additional Tip: Incorporate the Clarisonic Opal. It provides soothing, gentle vibrations to help infuse Anti-Aging Serums into the epidermis and stimulate blood flow.
Exfoliate - Exfoliating 2 to 3 times a week improves texture, tone and evenness of skin. The major plus is that it gives skin a beautiful glow and helps all your topical skincare penetrate deeper!
Hydrating Moistuizer - Give your skin an extra boost of antioxidants and retinoids while hydrating by choosing products that contain those ingredients. The Daily Hydrating Cream is an excellent choice as it contains Retinol and Ferulic Acid...2 very potent antioxidants!
Neck Cream (The forgotten territory) - Apply a cream or serum 2 to 3 times a DAY to help with horizontal neck lines and sun damage. In a pinch, you can use a face cream rich in antioxidants and moisturizers.
Sunscreen - Apply your sunscreen every morning if you plan to be outdoors. Make sure it is both UVA and UVB and at least 30 SPF. Use common sense and avoid sunburns. Select sun protection that you are comfortable with - if you have sensitive skin, choose a chemical free SPF product. |
